Terms and Conditions of the Telecom Advertising Program
These Terms and Conditions of the Telecom Advertising Program (hereinafter "T&Cs") are entered into by and between GG NETWORK and you (hereinafter “you“, “Participant“) and are the binding terms and conditions under which the Participant may operate as a non-exclusive partner of GG NETWORK’s telecom advertising platform.
These are the T&Cs for the use of the website https://gg.network (hereinafter “Website”) and the Platform provided through it. Please read these T&Cs carefully, as they set forth the important terms governing your use of the Website and the Platform. These T&Cs are binding and apply to every individual or entity using the Website, whether registered as a Participant or accessing it as a visitor without registration.
These T&Cs may be updated or modified at any time without further notice. Any changes will be posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these T&Cs periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Website and/or Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&Cs. If you do not agree to these or future T&Cs, do not use the Website and/or Platform.
By registering as a Participant, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the provisions set forth herein.
Ad/Advertisement: A commercial message delivered via the telecom advertising platform to promote a brand, product, service, or offer to subscribers.
Advertising Campaign: Activities executed by the Participant under these T&Cs to promote mVAS content and services via the Platform and telecom operators.
Operator: A mobile network operator providing communication services to subscribers.
Platform: GG NETWORK’s cloud-based telecom advertising platform, enabling operators, aggregators, agencies, and advertisers to manage, deliver, and optimize mVAS campaigns and advertising traffic.
Service(s): Mobile value-added services (mVAS) marketed and delivered to subscribers via operator billing (DCB) or similar mechanisms.
Subscriber: An individual with a mobile subscription agreement with an Operator, capable of consuming mVAS.
A Participant is any individual at least eighteen (18) years of age or legal entity registered and approved on the Platform.
GG NETWORK, at its sole discretion, accepts Participants and sets up an account for administrative, legal, and financial purposes. A binding agreement between the Participant and GG NETWORK is formed upon acceptance.
Participants agree to use the Platform and promote mVAS services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these T&Cs.
Participants carry out the promotion of mVAS campaigns via GG NETWORK’s telecom advertising platform in accordance with these T&Cs.
Participants guarantee that they have the necessary technical and professional skills, licenses, and authorizations required by applicable law to perform such activities.
Participants remain responsible for any subcontracted third parties acting on their behalf.
The Participant’s revenue share or commission is agreed with GG NETWORK and reflects the volume of valid mVAS conversions generated through campaigns on the telecom advertising platform.
GG NETWORK undertakes to pay Participants after confirming received payments from operators, aggregators, or advertisers, subject to deductions for chargebacks, void transactions, fees, and applicable taxes.
Payments are subject to the Participant meeting minimum balance requirements and providing all necessary tax and compliance documentation.
Participants are prohibited from:
Altering or tampering with provided creative materials, tracking links, or approved campaigns.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including artificially inflating traffic or conversions.
Distributing illegal, harmful, or infringing content through campaigns.
GG NETWORK retains sole discretion to determine violations and suspend or terminate access accordingly.
All materials, data, and intellectual property provided by GG NETWORK remain its exclusive property. Participants are granted a limited, revocable license to use these assets solely for campaign execution under these T&Cs.
Participants must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and comply with all applicable privacy and data protection obligations.
Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Upon termination, the Participant must immediately cease using GG NETWORK’s Platform, services, and assets.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Florida.
